Japh Chuwe discusses traffic fine refunds
John got several calls after the Joburg Metro Police announced that all minor traffic fines between the 1st of November and 11th of February will be scrapped. This was a result of a gap between the abolishment and implementation of new legislation for the licence, point demerit. Japh says all fines falling under Sections 56 and 341 will be cancelled.
